The chart is reliable and to be 100% certain of your size choice, you can take your measurements: weight, hip circumference, waist circumference and chest circumference.

Note that the fabric is very stretchy, the garment will fit your body and be comfortable.

If you are still unsure about which size to choose or have any questions, you can email me your measurements at creationghalle@gmail.com and I will help you choose.

It is the customer's responsibility to consult the size chart to ensure they choose the correct size for the clothing.

The exchange only takes place if the customer writes a message to Création Ghallé, who advises on the purchase and if the purchase is not compatible with the customer's morphology, they exchange it for a new size.

For an exchange, there is no return label; the customer must pay the postage costs to return the items.

Note that Création Ghallé must pay the full price of a new exchange item to send it to your home.

Each item is printed and made by artisans as customers order online. We do not hold any clothing inventory.

No refunds are possible. You can make a change to your order within 12 hours of purchase.

Ghallé has created eco-responsible women's clothing collections based on her images of artworks.

All garments are printed, sewn and shipped from the factory in Montreal.

The artisans are Quebecers who work on a stable schedule during the week and are paid fairly.

The fabrics are made in Canada. These fabrics contain breathable, stretch fibers.

EcoPoly eco-friendly fiber that requires a third less water and energy to manufacture than conventional polyester.

The sublimation machine prints the vibrant, high-quality image onto the fabric.

Subsequently, the artisans will sew the model selected in the customer's order.

Please note that an order that includes multiple items may take longer to be manufactured and shipped.

Your order is shipped via Canada Post and delivered to your home.

All garments are printed, sewn and shipped from the factory in Montreal to your home.

Once your order is placed, it will be created in the coming days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped via Canada Post.

Delivery takes 14 to 21 days, if we include weekends.

For clothes

You can pay on the site securely by credit card or via your Paypal account.

However, if you prefer to make an Interac e-Transfer, write to Création Ghallé (creationghalle@gmail.com) and she will place the order for you.

You will need to write down the items you wish to purchase, as well as your full address.

An invoice will be sent to your email address as proof of purchase and you can then proceed with the Interac e-Transfer.

For the canvases

Payments can be made in cash, via PayPal or credit card directly on the website, or by Interac e-Transfer to creationghalle@gmail.com

No checks are accepted.
