MEASUREMENT CHART
Order the correct size

This chart is valid for dresses, skirts, and leggings. A separate chart is available for skirts that are sewn more tightly.
- Since all garments are printed and sewn to order and we don't keep inventory, please ensure you order the correct size online. Choose the appropriate size based on our size charts.
EXCHANGE
- After receiving the order, items are not refundable in case of a sizing problem, but can be exchanged for a new, suitable size.
- You must contact Création Ghallé by email to find out the terms of the exchange and to quickly place a new order.
- For the return of the item, the customer must pay the return shipping costs and Création Ghallé will send by email a promotional code equal to the value of the shipping costs which will be applicable to the next order.
CHANGE THE SIZE
- If you need to change the size, contact Création Ghallé promptly within 12 hours of placing your online order.
- You can request a change to your order before it enters the production phase. If the order was placed over the weekend, we can make the change Monday morning.
The clothes are created from high-resolution canvas images (between 200 and 300 dpi for print quality).

Exchange accepted if:
1. Imperfections in the seams
- Occasionally, a product may have a sewing defect, such as a hole, damaged fabric, or poorly made seams.
- A sewing defect is an imperfection that renders the product unusable (and difficult to wear). Please inform us promptly of any defects, as detailed below.
2. A manufacturing defect
- Contact us with detailed photos of the problem and your order number.
- We will try to respond within 24 hours. We may need more information.
- All issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis using the information provided.
3. Other
- The package is lost (in this case, we reprint and reship the order).
- An item was damaged during transit (you will receive a new one).
- Products with mechanical problems or defects are usually reprinted and replaced. Please let us know your concerns, and we will address each issue individually.
Refunds
- Custom printed products are not refundable unless the size exceeds the maximum clothing size.
- In most cases, Création Ghallé does not cover the return shipping costs for printed products. Returns for exchanges must be made within one week of the new exchange or refund agreement.
Shipping
- The price shown for online items is for delivery within Canada.
- Any item outside of Canada incurring additional costs or customs fees from shipments (local and international) is not the responsibility of Création Ghallé.
- Please contact your local post office if you are unsure about customs fees, taxes, and transit times in your country.
- Very rarely, an order takes longer than expected due to various reasons, such as a reprint, low inventory, fabric being out of stock, or technical issues. We will try to contact you promptly if a significant delay is anticipated with your order.
- Orders are processed within 10 business days, excluding weekends. Public holidays may affect the order processing time.
PLAGIARISM
- The artist retains copyright to the image of the clothing, which prohibits plagiarism, as well as resale without the artist's consent.
- Zero tolerance for suppliers who copy and sell creations without the artist's consent. Those responsible will be prosecuted.
- If you find Création Ghallé clothing for sale on a site other than www.creation-ghale.com , please inform the artist promptly.
